Airfryer Chicken Tendies

Season chicken with salt, onion, garlic and chilli powder.

Blitz CC’s in a food processor until you have a coarse crumb (aiming for the size of panko breadcrumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, place CC’s in a zip lock bag and beat gently with the bottom of a pan/rolling pin until you achieve the same effect.

Set up your breading station - in one vessel whisk your egg, in another combine CC’s sesame seeds and rice bubbles.

Place your tenderloins into the egg mixture and coat all over.

Once coated, place tenders in CC mixture and shake to coat (not too aggressively). Flip tenders and repeat on other side to ensure even crumbing.

Spray tenders on all sides with oil spray

Place in air fryer at 190c and cook for 12 minutes or until internal temp of 71 degrees celsius.
If from frozen, cook time should be about 14 minutes.

Note
If freezing, just store in a zip lock bag after breading (step 5). Place in airfryer from frozen and cook for 14 mins.
