Slice the avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix.
Serve with crackers, corn chips or veggies sticks.
You can also use any leftovers as a spread in a wrap, burger or sandwich.
