Preheat oven to 220c - Approx 20 minutes (I know this is a higher temp than the packet recommendation).
Blend all sauce ingredients together in a blender.
Place pizza base on a pizza peel or a circle oven tray.
Place 3 tablespoons of sauce on pizza and spread out to edges with a spoon.
Grate cheese when all other steps are completed and spread evenly to the edges
Cook pizza for 10 minutes or until cheese is nicely brown and caremilised.
Remove from oven and let rest for minutes before slicing and serving.
