Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients together.
  2. Add yogurt and oil. Mix until a shaggy dough is formed.

  3. Knead on lightly floured work surface. If dough is to dry add a splash more water. Don’t add too much!

  4. Shape into a ball and rest covered with a damp tea towel for 45 minutes.

  5. Divide into 6 even pieces.

  6. Roll each piece into a circle approx 2mm - 5mm thick. Thicker will be a bit fluffier whereas thinner will be a bit crispier.

  7. Lightly oil a large pan over high heat and cook each bread for 2 minutes on one side and one minute on the other or until bread is puffed up and has developed some brown colour.

  8. Set aside and rest under a tea towel to prevent drying out.

  9. Enjoy!
