  1. Combine pork mince and spices into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands (should turn into a paste like consistency).

  2. Heat a frying pan on medium high heat and add 1 tbsp oil.

  3. When pan is hot (meat will sizzle) add pork and leave to cook for 2 minutes to get some browning. After two minutes, break up with wooden spoon and allow to cook until no longer pink. Transfer into a bowl.

  4. Whisk milk into egg mixture and a pinch of salt.

  5. Meanwhile, pour eggs into a separate pan over medium-low heat. Move a spatula from the outside of the pan to the inside to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs. Continue cooking over medium-low heat, folding and stirring the eggs every few seconds. Do this until cooked through (approx 2 mins). Refer to video below.

  6. Assemble wraps with 1/5 of egg mixture, 1/5 of pork mixture and 1 piece of cheese

  7. Freeze until ready to eat and heat until thawed (approx. 5 mins) in a sandwhich press or a pan on low heat on both sides.
